About the course

This course consists of 3 coaching session with the aim to help create a customized career learning path. This is done by identifying your individual challenges, bringing them to a conscious level, and working through them together with your coach and with the help of fellow participants from the bootcamp. We take a look at hard and soft skills, preferred ways of working and personality traits. Based on these we develop a personalize plan to help you prepare for your career and ensure there are no glass ceilings preventing you from achieving your professional goals.

Why this is for you

As a bootcamp participant you’re starting your career with your first fulltime job. First jobs often demand a lot, and we recognize that each person has their own strengths and challenges, that can both push you forward or hold you back. We offer you coaching as something complimentary to the skills you learn during the bootcamp, so you’re able to focus on your strengths and reach your full potential.

For whom

This course is for Data Engineers, AI Engineers, and Data Scientists who want to understand themselves better and get guidance on how to build a successful career path. The course is part of the 6-week AI & Data Bootcamp and can only be attended as a participant of the bootcamp.
