AI Solution Design
About the course
One of the first steps for organizations to embark on AI transformation is to identify and design the most impactful AI use cases. This design phase should already address the key challenges to achieving impact: operationalizing AI solutions in the business processes. The common tendency is to think technology-forward: What business problems can we solve with machine learning? How can we use the data that we have? While you might strike gold on occasion, in general, AI should not be considered a hammer looking for a nail. This course demonstrates how to take a structured and disciplined approach to designing AI use cases, maximizing the chances of success. You will learn how to design a minimal viable product (MVP) that can be implemented and deliver impact after three to six months. Moreover, you will learn from our experts with years of experience on how to prevent typical pitfalls. After just one day you will be better equipped to make a holistic design for the change you want to make with AI.
Why this is for you
AI use cases are difficult to design well and chances are you are failing to make a structural impact from innovations with AI. This course will give you the tools to master use case identification and design, and identify the specific challenges your company is facing.
